DIAH 'O' METER 4.5/7
This is my first Harlan Coben book. I've seen all the tv series that's based on his books on Netflix and I enjoyed every single one of them. Looking at the reviews, it could be concluded that he is one of the most celebrated contemporary mystery writers. So I was very excited to read this, got it on discount at an online local bookstore.
The story is set in a small town, where everybody knows everybody, An old case resurfaced after 15 years. Having a hunch that it is related to his brother's death, police officer Nap Dumas made it his mission to get all the answers.
I feel like some parts of the story don't add up, like I really don't see why Maura had to run away. I probably shouldn't have started with this book, but it wasn't so bad. I'd like to read other books of Harlan Coben's.
Worth reading/okay/not.
